Ethics

The Code of Conduct and Ethics is an expression of our determination to act in accordance with applicable standards and rules. Guided by the common good and taking into account the real needs, we adhere to the following priorities when undertaking our activities:

1. safety (occupational safety, information protection and safety) - both the occupational safety and the compliance with applicable laws on the so-called. “Leakproofness of information" are the essence of functioning of WB Electronics;

2. honesty and loyalty - we attach great importance to respecting and protecting both proprietary as well as third parties’ patents, copyrights and trade marks

We place great emphasis on adherence to principles and rules of law and social norms and therefore the dilemma: the company's well-being or ethical principles - does not apply to us.

We believe that the two notions coincide. And the above are the principles that have guided the Company since its creation.

3. ongoing efforts to develop knowledge and skills - WB Electronics is a growing company, therefore we expect continuous improvement of skills from every our employee;

4. professional relationships with clients and with colleagues - every employee, regardless of their position, is required to represent the company in a dignified manner.

Gifts, meals and entertainment provided to our clients, suppliers and business partners must be kept within reason and cannot be exaggerated.

5. effective and efficient work as well as fulfilment of tasks and duties - evaluation criteria for employees as well as decisions involving employees do not depend on their gender, religion, ethnic origin or personal beliefs and views, but are based on their qualifications, experience, competence and results obtained in their work

It is our utmost care that the actions of WB Electronics so far, its image and its brand which have been built over the years are still perceived as the leader of the highest quality.

6. Trust - whether the trust bestowed on us by our employees or customers - is the only true value, which is more valuable than any currency of the world, so we have to do everything possible to retain it.
